LAD at Coors Field

My efforts to find a nearby Dodgers game (i.e., Atlanta.. Cincinnati) for a Father's Day surprise for Richie didn't land us to nearby... Instead, we ended up at Coors Field in Denver, CO - which was really a win-win as far as I'm concerned.
The kids have grown to be pretty big Dodgers fans over the past couple years... especially Luke.  It's hard not to love a winning team.. especially when you get to see them on TV almost every day from spring through fall.

It was a gorgeous day for a baseball game...
And, lucky us...  we had club seats, which I totally booked without even knowing I was booking club seats.  We literally walked all over the dang stadium looking for our seats and kept avoiding the "special elevator" that led to the club seats.
We finally asked - and were informed that mama splurged.
Yay for us!

The Dodgers were spectacular.
Walker Buehler pitched.
Max Muncy had two home runs and four hits.
Mookie Betts had one home run and four hits.
Dodgers won 9-2!

It was an entertaining game with lots of laughs.

Happy Father's Day Richie 💙 Thanks for being such a devoted, lifelong fan and passing it on to each one of us... I have no doubt that your love for this game and this team will carry on for many more generations to come.
