Yosemite

We had three-ish days over near Yosemite and we decided to get up early on the first of those three days to drive into the park and go up to Glacier Point. Best decision we made the entire trip...  It. Was. Spectacular!

Here you can see my boys all walking to catch a view of Half Dome.

I don't know as though I've ever seen anything so spectacular in all my life.

Sam and Charlie found it to be pretty amazing as well...

Snow capped mountains off in the distance

We spent a couple hours up here, just walking around soaking in the views. It's difficult to capture and even more so to explain. It's nearly a 360 degree angle of the most breathtaking views you can imagine.

After we left Glacier Point, we drove down to Yosemite Valley to see all the same sites from the low country....  First was Bridal Veil Falls.

And here you can see El Capitan from down low.

I had very high expectations of Yosemite after all I had read, and it certainly did not disappoint. It's actually quite difficult to comprehend the magnitude of what we were looking at. All four of us reflect on this day as the most spectacular of our entire trip.
